It only took 10 years of marriage, 2 boys and finally a girl for my husband to see the world in a whole new light.
I always knew when I would show my husband things and say "Isn't this pretty?" that he really didn't get it or even really care when he would reply "Um, ya". That was until two days ago when I showed him one of my latest designs and he didn't reply with the same old "Um, ya" no, this time he said to my surprise "Oh, those are beautiful!" I almost fell on the floor! "What?" I said. He replied "I never really noticed girlie things or pretty colors until we had our little girl. Now, that's all I see."
You have no idea how much joy that brought to my heart. He finally could see and appreciate all of the beautiful things in life all because he has his own little beauty to show him.Some men are born to appreciate the beautiful things in life and some men are born again to appreciate the beautiful things in life. It once again shows me how we as people are ever changing. Some, just getting better with age.
