Easter 2011

WOW! has a month almost passed since my last post??? I've been so incredibly busy with work and the kids and my nephews (I'll tell you all about that later) I haven't had a minute to post.

 Easter started of with a drizzly morning but, that didn't stop us from making it to church and boy was it a great service! There is something special about that one day a year that everyone makes it to church and what is even more special is what happens at the end of service. It always amazes me how many people give their lives to Christ that day and I pray that all of those who did find the support and love they need during this crucial time.

 After such a great service we made our way to Auntie Erica's house for an Easter egg hunt and lunch. Boy was that fun. There was no Spanish speaking clown at this party but, it was just as entertaining. Here are the highlights....

Google Doodle Sundae

 According to Google today is the 119th anniversary of the first documented Sundae so, what does this mean??? Well if you live in my house or my mom's it means that you must like any all American, facebook addicted,online maniac, take your whole family go out into the world and find the closest Baskin Robbins ice cream store and get your Sundae on!!!!!
 Really, any excuse will do to go out and eat and celebrate with the delicious ooey gooeyness of an ice cream Sundae but this makes it official! It will now be a permanent holiday in our house and I suggest if you know what's good for you, you make it one in your house as well!!!!
